I am a baseless poor man, there is no reason to be upset with the party leadership:

His absence from the SP MLAs’ meeting sparked speculation about his anger against the party leadership, with senior leader Azam Khan saying on Sunday that he was a “poor man” without any basis and had no reason to be upset.

Asked if his continued anger would end, Khan told reporters: “I’m just getting information about this annoyance from you. I don’t understand any reason.”

He said there should be some ‘basis’ for resentment.

“I am a man who has no basis, so where does the source of annoyance come from? I am now a poor man and living in a bayonet. Has done.

A day before the first session of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly began, Khan, who had avoided a meeting of Samajwadi Party legislators on Sunday, added, “The assembly is not a new place for me. I will enter it. For the tenth time.”

Referring to the Jawaharlal Nehru University, which was established during the Akhilesh Yadav government, Khan himself played a key role in its establishment.

“I want to give the children pens and the mission is still alive,” he added.

Asked if Shivpal Yadav had gone to meet him at Sitapur Jail, Akhilesh Yadav did not visit him there, Khan said, “I am not going to comment on whether anyone (in jail) is coming or not. I thank those who have come. In jail and some Thanks for not being able to come because I’m not in a state of rage.

“The protection I get is from the judiciary,” he added.

On Sunday, Azam Khan also visited the Rampur District Jail to meet his close associate Guddu Masod, who is in judicial custody in a fraud case.
