Stock futures gain as Wall Street looks to snap 8-week losing streak

U.S. stock-index futures rose late Sunday after Wall Street plunged into its longest losing streak since 1932 last week.

Meanwhile, e-trading has slipped a bit.

Last week, three major indices fell for the eighth week, the longest trend since April 1932, according to Dow Jones market data.

It fell 33.88 points, or 0.3%, to 11,354.62, the lowest level since November 3, 2020.

For the week, the Dow is down 2.9%, the S&P 500 is down 3.1% and the Nasdaq is down 3.8%.

Investors, including Zoom Video Communications Inc. ZM, are waiting for several big earnings reports this week.
