The Jalan Kalrak Consortium has announced four new appointments for Jet Airways.

The Jalan Kalrak Consortium (JKC) on Monday announced new appointments for the Jet Airways leadership team, as the airline prepares to return with new funding, changed ownership and new management. The appointments include Prabh Saran Singh as Chief Digital Officer, HR Jagannath as Vice President and Engineering, Mark Turner as Vice President, Inflight Products and Services and Special Khanna Vice President, Sales, Distribution and Customer Engagement.

Singh took office on June 1, 2022. He will be head of the IT and digital division and will lead the creation of a state-of-the-art technological and digital ecosystem for Jet Airways, focusing on providing a simple and seamless experience for all IT and digital users both internally and externally. Turner will assume new responsibilities on June 15, 2022. He will play a key role in defining and shaping Jet Airways’ inflight customer experience. Turner led Jet Airways’ inflight services team between 2008 and 2011 and will oversee cabin crew operations, training, and service development, inflight product development, and catering. Khanna took over in July 2022. At Jet, he will oversee customer engagement, cover customer relations and contact centers.

Earlier this year, JKC appointed Sanjeev Kapoor as CEO, Vipula Gunatileka as CFO, Capt. PP Singh as Vice President – Flight Operations and Accountability Manager, Alfonso Das as Vice President – Airports and Airport Training And as head of PR and corporate communications. The airline plans to resume commercial operations later this year (July-September 2022).
